Corporate financial strategy execution: Proposal of harmonized profitability steering across VW Group

Anotace:

The work is focused on the proposal of the profitability steering process in the brands of the Volkswagen Group. It summarizes the principles of corporate financial management and the technology options available for this agenda. At the same time, it summarizes the current programs for optimizing profitability, which are running in individual brands of the Volkswagen Group. On the basis of all this information, a unified financial steering process is proposed, which takes into account the use of new technologies and thanks to which financial management could be significantly accelerated and made more efficient.

Abstract:
