Bakalářská práce se zabývá založením obchodně – dopravního centra, které je svým charakterem unikátní. Plánovaná realizace tohoto centra bude nejprve zkoumaná za pomocí analýz podnikatelského prostředí a subjektu. Založení je dále doprovázeno výběrem vhodné lokality a sortimentního zaměření.
