House Search and Search of Persons in the Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Obsahem práce jsou teoretická východiska tématu, popis jednotlivých podmínek a náležitostí domovní a osobní prohlídky s ohledem na soudní rozhodnutí zvláště Ústavního soudu. Dále pak obsahuje praktické postupy a doporučení při jejich provádění společně s hodnocením obou institutů ve světle jejich realizace v praxi.
Abstract:
This bachelorś work contains of the theoretical ways out of the theme, description of conditions and appurtenances of house search and search of person with emphasise to decision of Constitutional Court. Next the practical procedures and recommendations are mentioned with evaluation of both terms in contrast of implementation them to practise.
