Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu a realizaci rezonančního izolujícího měniče s GaN tranzistory. V práci je uvedeno stručné porovnání polovodičových materiálů a rezonančních měničů. Dále se práce zabývá samotným návrhem měniče, který zahrnuje výběr a dimenzování polovodičových součástek, návrh budícího obvodu, mechanický koncept a následnou realizaci. The proposed diploma thesis is dedicated to the design and realization of a resonant insulating converter with GaN transistors. The thesis provides a brief comparison of semiconductor materials and resonant converters.
