Bakalářská práce se zabývá methylalkoholem, jeho výskytem v alkoholických nápojích a možnostmi jeho stanovení. V teoretické části je stručně popsána problematika výskytu methylalkoholu v alkoholických nápojích a také jsou zde zmíněny metody, jimiž je možno methylalkohol detekovat a stanovit. Bachelor´s thesis is dealt with methanol (methyl alcohol), its occurrence in alcohol drinks and possibilities of its identification. Problems of occurrence of methanol in alcohol drinks is described concisely in the theoretic part, also there are methods of possible identification and determination.
