Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nevyužitého nemovitého potenciálu města Ústí nad Labem a možnostmi jejího řešení. Práce se skládá z obecného uvedení do problematiky brownfields, příčinami jejich vzniku, možnostmi regenerace, rozložením brownfieldových lokalit v Ústí nad Labem a zhodnocení jejich vlastností. This Bachelor thesis deals with the real untapped potential of the city of Usti nad Labem and its possible solution. The thesis consists of a general introduction of the topic of brownfield sites, discusses the main causes of their formation, regeneration options, distribution of brownfield sites in Usti nad Labem and evaluates its features.
