Motivation and Satisfaction of Employees in the Company XY

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current state of personnel management in the human resources management of the selected organization with a focus on motivation and employee satisfaction. Based on the performed analyzes and the results of primary surveys, a recommendation is proposed for higher efficiency of employees in achieving the set goals and higher labor productivity. In the introductory part of the work are theoretically characterized complex aspects of human resource management, with emphasis on defining the approach, motivation and satisfaction of employees. Selected application tools are used in the practical part of the work. Primary research is focused on the identification of shortcomings in personnel management, evaluation of the current state in fact in the care of employees with an emphasis on motivation, satisfaction and productivity. In the final part of the work are formulated recommendations and suggestions for improvement in the field of human resources management in order to increase work efficiency and motivation of company employees.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je vyhodnotiť súčasný stav personálneho riadenia v rámci riadenia ľudských zdrojov vybranej organizácie (obchodného závodu) so zameraním na motivovanosť a spokojnosť zamestnancov. Na základe prevedených analýz a výsledkov primárnych šetrení, je navrhnuté odporučenie pre vyššiu efektivitu pracovníkov v dosahovaní stanovených cieľov a vyššiu produktivitu práce. V úvodnej časti práce sú teoreticky charakterizované komplexné aspekty riadenia ľudských zdrojov, s dôrazom na vymedzenie prístupu, motivácie a spokojnosti pracovníkov. Vybrané aplikačné nástroje sú využité v praktickej časti práce. Primárny výskum je zameraný na identifikáciu nedostatkov personálneho riadenia, vyhodnocovania aktuálneho stavu v skutočnosti v rámci starostlivosti o pracovníkov s dôrazom na motiváciu, spokojnosť a produktivitu. V záverečnej časti práce sú formulované odporučenia a návrhy pre zlepšenie v oblasti riadenia ľudských zdrojov za účelom vyššej efektivity práce a motivovanosti pracovníkov spoločnosti.
