Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Lhůty v občanském právu jako projev zásady vigilantibus iura scripta sunt. První část práce je věnována zásadě vigilantibus iura scripta sunt a jejim projevům v právním řádu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá právní úpravou lhůt, jejich rozdělením, počítáním. Třetí kapitola pak popisuje nejdůležitější právní instituty spojené s plynutím času - promlčení a prekluzi.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the topic "Terms in Civil Law as Application of Principle vigilantibus iura scripta sunt. The first part of thesis is devoted to the Principle vigilantibus iura sunt and its application in legal system.
