Abstract:

ŽÁKOVÁ, Simona. Dysfagické potíže po úrazech v oblasti cervikální páteře. Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, 2024. 61 s. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dysfagické potíže, které jsou součástí pooperačních komplikací po stabilizaci v oblasti cervikální páteře. Cílem práce je zjistit faktory ovlivňující tyto dysfagické problémy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na poranění páteře, fyziologii polykání a dále na problematiku dysfagie. Průzkumná část je realizována kvantitativní metodou za využití průzkumu v dokumentaci u pacientů ve FN Brno na Klinice úrazové chirurgie formou retrospektivní studie. Celkově bylo prohlédnuto 223 dokumentací s diagnózou S12. Prováděný průzkum byl zaznamenáván do předem vytvořené tabulky v Excelu, kam byly zařazeny pravděpodobné rizikové faktory. Do této tabulky je zahrnuto 100 pacientů, poněvadž podstoupili operační zákrok, nikoliv konzervativní léčbu jako 123 dalších. Výstupem průzkumu je diskuse a doporučení pro praxi. V průzkumu byly zjištěny rizikové faktory pro vznik dysfagie, a to zejména mužské pohlaví, věková skupina 40-60 let, přední operační výkon a pooperační zahlenění pacientů. Výsledky průzkumu poskytují informace o potenciálních rizikových faktorech, které by mohly přispět k vzniku dysfagie u pacientů po operaci v oblasti krční páteře.

ŽÁKOVÁ, Simona. Dysphagia Problems after Injuries of the Cervical Spine. Bachelor Thesis. Medical College, 2024. 61 pages. The bachelor thesis focuses on dysphagic problems, which are part of postoperative complications following stabilization in the cervical spine area. The aim of the thesis is to identify factors influencing these dysphagic problems. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on spinal injuries, the physiology of swallowing, and further on the issue of dysphagia. The exploratory part is conducted using a quantitative method utilizing a survey in the documentation of patients at the University Hospital Brno in the Department of Trauma Surgery in the form of a retrospective study. A total of 223 medical records with a diagnosis of S12 were reviewed. The conducted survey was recorded in a pre-prepared Excel table, where probable risk factors were included. This table includes 100 patients who underwent surgery, as opposed to 123 others who received conservative treatment. The survey output consists of discussion and recommendations for practice. Risk factors for the development of dysphagia were identified in the survey, particularly male gender, age group 40-60 years, anterior surgical procedure, and postoperative patient's throat obstruction. The survey results provide information on potential risk factors that could contribute to the development of dysphagia in patients after surgery in the cervical spine area.
