Business strategy for the international expansion of NetDIRECT s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Obchodní strategie pro zahraniční expanzi firmy NetDIRECT s.r.o. se zaměřuje na průzkum a analýzu možností vstupu této softwarové společnosti na zahraniční trhy, s hlubším pohledem na trhy v Belgii a Nizozemsku. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit možnosti vstupu firmy na zahraniční trhy. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol, které pokrývají jak teoretické tak praktické aspekty obchodních strategií nezbytných pro mezinárodní expanzi. V první kapitole je popsána teorie obchodních strategií, včetně základních konceptů jako mise, vize a exportní strategie firmy. Druhá kapitola poskytuje přehled o firmě NetDIRECT s.r.o., zahrnující historický vývoj, organizační strukturu a její komunikační strategie. Třetí, aplikovaná část je věnována návrhu a formulaci konkrétních kroků obchodní strategie pro vstup na belgický a nizozemský trh, s důrazem na udržitelný rozvoj a růst firmy. V závěru jsou prezentovány hlavní zjištění a doporučení pro firmu, která se nachází před expanzí do mezinárodního obchodního prostoru.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Business strategy for the international expansion of NetDIRECT s.r.o. focuses on researching and analyzing the possibilities for this software company to enter foreign markets, with a deeper look at the markets in Belgium and the Netherlands. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to explore the possibilities for the company's entry into foreign markets. The work is divided into three chapters, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of business strategies necessary for international expansion. The first chapter describes the theory of business strategies, including basic concepts such as mission, vision, and export strategy of the company. The second chapter provides an overview of NetDIRECT s.r.o., including its historical development, organizational structure, and its communication strategies. The third, applied part is devoted to the design and formulation of specific steps of a business strategy for entering the Belgian and Dutch markets, with an emphasis on sustainable development and growth of the company. In conclusion, the main findings and recommendations are presented for the company that is positioned before expansion into the international business space.
