První kapitola bakalářské práce je zaměřena obecně na etiku. V podkapitolách je vysvětlen vztah mezi morálkou a právem, vinou a trestem. Hlavními tématy je profesní etika, stavovská hrdost, hrdinství a hanba. Ve druhé kapitole je analyzován Etický kodexem Policie České republiky. The first chapter of the bachelor thesis is focused generally on ethics. The section explains the relationship between morality and the law, and the punishment.
