Návrh modelu narážecího zařízení, táhlového ústrojí a šroubovky kolejového vozidla

Abstract:

Spojování kolejových vozidel za účelem vytvoření soupravy je bezpochyby jednou z nejdůležitějších činností v drážní dopravě. K tomu slouží spřáhla ruční, u kterých musí posunovač nebo jiný kompetentní zaměstnanec manuálně spojit jednotlivé části tvořené soupravy. V této práci zastupuje tuto skupinu spřáhel táhlový hák se šroubovkou definovaný normou ČSN EN 15566. U použití manuálního spřáhla nelze opomenout ani narážecí ústrojí, které je při tomto způsobu spojování nezbytné. Další skupinou spřáhel jsou spřáhla automatická zastoupená v této práci scharfenbergským spřáhlem z normy ČSN EN 16019. U automatických spřáhel je manuální činnost kompetentní osoby omezena maximálně na jednoduché zajištění spřáhel proti samovolnému rozpojení během provozu. Po vymodelování narážecího ústrojí podle normy ČSN EN 15551 a táhlového ústrojí s hákem a šroubovkou v programu Autodesk Inventor bylo pomocí pevnostní analýzy ve stejném programu potvrzeno, že bez problému vyhovují předepsaným napětím a jsou lehce naddimenzované. To má však pro bezpečnost v drážním provozu své opodstatnění. Při návrhu a pevnostní simulaci v témže programu bylo zjištěno, že lze navrhnout manuální spřáhlo s lomovým zatížením o 33,3 % vyšším, než je lomové zatížení šroubovky schopné přenášet maximální zatížení dle normy. Dalším zjištěním byl při návrhu vlastního automatického spřáhla fakt, že toto samočinné spřáhlo je schopné přenášet zatížení rovné nejvyššímu možnému zatížení šroubovky. To je o 50 % více než maximální možné tahové zatížení spřáhla scharfenbergského typu.

Abstract:

Connecting the rail vehicles in order to create a train set is undoubtedly one of the most important activities in the field of rail transport. Hand – operated couplings are used for this purpose where a shunter or another competent employee must manually join the individual parts of the set. This group of couplings in this thesis is represented by a pulling hook with a screw according to the standard ČSN EN 15566. When using the hand-operated coupling the buffer device is necessary. Another group of couplings are the automatic couplings in this thesis represented by the Scharfenberg coupling from the standard ČSN EN 16019. With the automatic couplings, the manual operation of the competent by employees is limited to a minimum. The only thing done by employees is securing the couplings against of simple spontaneous disconnection during operation. After modeling the buffer device according to ČSN EN 15551 and the pulling device with a hook and a screw in the programme Autodesk Inventor, the strength analysis in the same programme has confirmed that the device is in compliance with the prescribed voltage and it is slightly overdimensioned. However, there is a good reason for that and it is rail traffic safety. In designing and performing the strength simulation in the same programme it has been proved that it is possible to design a hand-operated coupling with a fracture load of 33.3% higher than is the possible fracture load of a screw for transmition of the maximum given load according to the standards. Another finding which was done when designing own automatic coupling is that this automatic coupling is capable of transmitting a load equal to the highest possible screw load. This is 50% more than the maximum possible pulling load of the Scharfenberg – type coupling.
