Abstract:
Studie vlivu historických a politických událostí na anglicko-ceský literární preklad.
Abstract:
The main aim of the thesis is to identify what impact historical, political and cultural events have on the English Czech literary translation (focusing on the original text by British authors)since the beginning. The chapters are arranged along the time axis which is represented by a statistics on the number of the titles (English-Czech literary translations) per year.
