Abstract:

Práce se zabývá zhodnocováním peněžních prostředků prostřednictvím akciových trhů z pohledu běžného investora, tedy člověka, který si pravidelně odkládá ze své výplaty určitou část peněz s úmyslem investovat tyto prostředky a vybírat jejich zisk v důchodovém věku, respektive ve věku investorem určeném. Práce řeší vhodnou investiční strategii pro dosažení daného cíle, investorem podstupovaná rizika a možnosti, jak daná rizika snížit či minimalizovat. Dále porovnává aktivní a pasivní investování do akcií, výhody a nevýhody obou variant a v neposlední řadě srovnává investování do akcií s dalšími investičními produkty či instrumenty jako například dluhopisy, nemovitosti.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the appreciation of funds through the stock markets from the perspective of the average investor, a person who regularly sets aside a certain amount of money from his salary with the intention of investing these funds and collecting their profit at retirement age or age determined by the investor. The work addresses the appropriate investment strategy to achieve the goal, the risks undertaken by the investor and the possibilities of how to reduce or minimize the risks. It also compares active and passive investing in stocks, advantages and disadvantages of both variants and, last but not least, compares investing in shares with other investment products or instruments such as bonds and real estate.
