V bakalárskej práci sa venujem problematike právnej úpravy ochranných opatrení, ako prostriedku štátneho donútenia, právnymi následkami TČ alebo činu inak trestného, ktorý súd ukladá na základe zákona v záujme ochrany spoločnosti a prevencie.
