Abstract:

Název: Ergoterapie pervazivních poruch u dítěte předškolního věku Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit problematiku pervazivních vývojových poruch. Poukázat na možnosti a přístupy ergoterapeutické intervence u těchto dětí. Metodika: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pervazivními vývojovými poruchami zvláště dětským autismem, jelikož můj klient má tuto diagnózu. V literární rešerši seznamuje čtenáře s využitím canisterapie u dětí s pervazivní vývojovou poruchou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozdělení pervazivních vývojových poruch, triádou problematických oblastí a definicí jednotlivých poruch (dětský autismus, Aspergerův syndrom, Rettův syndrom a atypický autismus). Dále se zabývá metodami a dalšími možnosti přístupu terapie u dětí s autismem a v poslední kapitole se zabývá možnostmi vzdělávání dětí s autismem. V hlavní části jsem uvedla kazuistiku čtyřletého chlapce s diagnózou dětský autismus se středně těžkou mentální retardací. Součástí hlavní části je ergoterapeutické vyšetření, krátkodobý i dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán a ergoterapeutická intervence. Na závěr jsem vypracovala diskuzi. Výsledky: Díky zvoleným metodám a postupům došlo u chlapce ke zlepšení ve všech oblastech v rámci ergoterapeutické intervence. Závěr: Psaní této bakalářské práce mi pomohlo získat rozsáhlejší pohled na problematiku pervazivních poruch. U stanovených cílů došlo ke splnění, některé cíle byly splněny jen částečně. Chlapec si při terapiích vedl dobře, plnil mé úkoly a naučil se spolupracovat. Některé úkoly chlapci nešli, ale snažil se je splnit.

Name: Occupational therapy of pervasive disorders in a preschool child Aims: The bachelor thesis aims to approach the issue of pervasive developmental disorders. To point out the possibilities and approaches of occupational therapy intervention in these children. Methodology: This bachelor thesis deals with pervasive developmental disorders, especially childhood autism, as my client has this diagnosis. The literature research introduces readers to the use of Canis therapy in children with pervasive developmental disorders. The theoretical part focuses on the division of pervasive developmental disorders, the triad of problem areas and the definition of individual disorders (childhood autism, Asperger's syndrome, Rett's syndrome and atypical autism). It also deals with methods and other approaches to therapy for children with autism and the last chapter deals with the possibilities of educating children with autism. In the main part, I presented a case report of a four-year-old boy diagnosed with childhood autism with moderate mental retardation. The main part includes occupational therapy examination, short-term and long-term occupational therapy plan and occupational therapy intervention. In the end, I had a discussion. Results: Thanks to the chosen methods and procedures, the boy improved in all areas within the occupational therapy intervention. Conclusion: Writing this bachelor thesis helped me to gain a broader view of the issue of pervasive disorders. The set goals were met, some goals were only partially met. The boy did well during the therapies, fulfilled my tasks and learned to work together. The boy did not go to some tasks, but he tried to complete them.
