Integrated System HVAC in Family House

Abstract:

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom nadštandardného rodinného domu s bazénovou halou. Do navrhovaných systémov patrí: obvodová konštrukcia, vykurovanie, vzduchotechnika pre bazénovú časť, zabezpečovací systém a riadenie celého objektu. Vďaka návrhu obvodových konštrukcií z kvalitných materiálov a vypočítaným nízkym tepelným stratám v objekte, mohli byť vo vykurovacej sústave navrhnuté obnoviteľné zdroje energie, tepelné čerpadlo a solárne kolektore. Bolo potrebné zvoliť vzduchotechnickú jednotku, ktorá dokáže odoberať potrebné množstvo vzduchu aby nedochádzalo k porušeniu hygienických noriem v miestnosti. Jednotlivé systémy sú prepojené pomocou zbernice KNX. Práca obsahuje moderný 3D model navrhovaného domu aj so vzduchotechnikou.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the above standard family house with a pool hall. The proposed system include: peripheral structure, heating, ventilation for the pool area, alarm system and management of the entire building. By designing external structures of quality materials and the calculated low heat losses in the building, the heating system could designed renewable energy, heat pumps and solar collectors. It was necessary to choose the air handling unit that can remove an appropriate amount of air to prevent violation of sanitary norms in the room. The various devices are interconnected via bus KNX. The work includes an advanced 3D model of the proposed building and the air conditioning.
