The effects of alternative forms of eating on the sustainable development of the cultural landscape

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivy alternativních forem stravování na udržitelný rozvoj kulturní krajiny. Literární rešerše zahrnuje terminologii související s problematikou udržitelného rozvoje, ale i přehled možných typů stravování, včetně jejich vývoje a historie alternativních forem stravování až po současnost. Následuje srovnání alternativních forem stravování v Evropě a ve světě. V práci byly použity metody rešeršního šetření, dotazníkového šetření, srovnávací metody a SWOT analýzy. V praktické části práce byly vyhodnoceny výsledky aplikace výše uvedených metod, včetně srovnání a vyhodnocení odlišných postojů u konzumentů masa a jedinců, kteří se stravují alternativním způsobem. Z výsledků vyplývá, že větší environmentální zatížení vykazují konzumenti masa. Ve výsledcích bylo také potvrzeno, že se obě skupiny respondentů snaží snižovat negativní dopady na životní prostředí a přispět tak k udržitelnosti životního prostředí i krajiny pro budoucí generace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the effects of alternative forms of eating on the sustainable development of the cultural landscape. The literature research includes terminology related to the issue of sustainable development, as well as an overview of possible types of eating, including their development and the history of alternative forms of eating to the present. The following is a comparison of alternative forms of eating in Europe and in the world. The methods of search survey, questionnaire survey, comparative methods and SWOT analysis were used in the work. In the practical part of the work, the results of the application of the above methods were evaluated, including a comparison and evaluation of different attitudes in meat consumers and individuals who eat in an alternative way. The results show that meat consumers have a greater environmental burden. The results also confirmed that both groups of respondents strive to reduce the negative impacts on the environment and thus contribute to the sustainability of the environment and the landscape for future generations.
