Anotácia:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na diagnostiku programovatelných struktur (FPGA a MCU) na PCI kartě COMBO-PTM, která byla vyvinuta v rámci projektu Libetouter a na využití FPGA pro experiment s dvouportovou pamětí, a jejím cílem je využití získaných poznatků pro potřeby Laboratoře konstrukce a architektury číslicových systémů. V první části je představena karta a její hlavní komponenty a uvozena problematika testování. Druhá část je věnována návrhu způsobu diagnostiky karty a návrhu experimentu s dvouportovou pamětí, testů LED a sériového rozhraní. V poslední části je zdokumentován průběh testů.

Abstract:

The thesis is intent on diagnostic of the programmable structures (FPGA and MCU) on the PCI card COMBO-PTM, which was developed within the Liborouter project and FPGA usage for experiment with dual-port memory. The results of the thesis will be used in the Design and architecture of digital systems laboratory. There is presented the card and its basic components in the first part of the thesis, the introduction to the problematic of the testing follows. The second part of the thesis is intent on the card's designing diagnostic method and experiment construction with dual-port memory, LED and serial interface tests. The last part of the thesis contents the documentation of tests' runs.
