The use of modern forms of motion at the first grade of primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá moderními pohybovými formami na 1. stupni základních škol. V mé závěrečné práci se zaměřuji na zařazení aerobiku, cvičení s gymnastickými míči (overball, gymball) do vyučovacích hodin tělesné výchovy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část sumarizuje dosavadní informace z odborné literatury zajímající se o téma z hlediska pedagogického a psychologického vývoje dítěte mladšího školního věku, vymezením tělesné výchovy Rámcovým vzdělávacím programem pro základní školy, strukturou vyučovacích hodin tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni základních škol, školní tělesné výchovy, aerobiku, cvičení s gymbally, overbally a výzkumnými metodami. Praktická část obsahuje čtyři podrobné přípravy na vyučovací hodiny tělesné výchovy, doplněné obrázky a přesnými popisy činností. Součástí této části je dotazníkové šetření pro žáky 1. stupně základní školy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the modern movement forms the first grade of primary school. In my thesis I focus on the inclusion of aerobic exercise with gymnastic ball (overball, gymball) to teaching physical education classes. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes existing information from literature interested in the subject from the perspective of educational and psychological development of a child under school age, the definition of Physical Education Framework Curriculum for primary schools, the structure of lessons of physical education in the first grade of primary school, school physical education, aerobics exercises with Gymball, overballs and research methods. The practical part contains four detailed preparation for teaching physical education classes, complete with pictures and accurate descriptions of activities. This part is the questionnaire for students first grade of primary school.
