V této práci je popsána činnost Mimořádnéholidového soudu ve Znojmě v letech 1945 - 1948. Práce je rozdělena do šesti částí. V první je popsán vznik Mimořádných lidových soudů. V druhé je charakteristika Mimořádného lidového soudu ve Znojmě. Ve třetí jsou popsány případy které končily rozsudkem smrti. In this elaboration there are described the activities of Extraordinary People's Court in Znojmo during the period 1945 – 1948. The elaborate is divided into six parts. The first part describes the establishment of Extraordinary People's Courts. The second part individualizes the Extraordinary People's Court in Znojmo.
