Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání výpravčích Správy železniční dopravní cesty, státní organizace z pohledu celkové připravenosti zaměstnanců do provozu. Navrhované řešení se zabývá eliminací rozhraní mezi teoretickou a praktickou přípravou pomocí pravidelného tréninku získaných znalostí. Ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu vyplývá z předběžných nákladů a budoucích přínosů plynoucí z těchto dílčích návrhů.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on education of dispatchers in Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization, in terms of overall readiness of employees to service. The proposed solution deals with the elimination of the interface between theoretical and practical training through the regular practice of acquired knowledge. The economic evaluation of the proposal follows from the preliminary costs and future benefits resulting from these partial proposals.
