Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá ERP systémom iDempiere, jeho charakteristikou, vývojom a spôsobom jeho využitia. Zároveň rozoberá všeobecné postupy, ktoré sa používajú pri platení kartou bez fyzickej prítomnosti karty.
