Diplomová práce popisuje možnost přípravy tablet s inkorporovaným léčivem metodou 3D tisku v kombinaci s holt melt extruzí (HME). Teoretická část zahrnuje popis 3D tisku, jeho metod a jeho využití především ve farmacii. Zaobírá se zlepšením rozpustnosti léčiv vlivem jejich amorfizace prostřednictvím extruze a 3D tisku. The thesis describes the possibility of producing solid pharmaceutical forms by 3D printing in combination with holt melt extrusion (HME). The theoretical part includes a description of 3D printing and its methods and use mainly in pharmaceutics.
