Smyslem této diplomové práce bylo popsat všechny obecné informace o provozu a chodu tábora TOM-Družstvo. V teoretické části byla popsána úloha a funkce provozovatele, pověřené osoby neboli hlavního vedoucí, oddílového vedoucí a praktikantů. The main meaning of my thesis is to describe general information about TOM-Družstvo Camp Association running. In a theoretical part there is described a role and function of a camp director, an appointed person - so-called head of camp leaders, kids group leaders and their assistants.
