Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projevy násilí na pracovišti ve formě mobbingu, bossingu. Pojednává o jednotlivých formách, příčinách, motivech a průběhu těchto forem násilí. Především se však věnuje negativním důsledkům mobbingu a bossingu na oběti, kolektiv a zejména celou společnost. Ukazuje na možnosti prevence a účinné obrany před šikanou na pracovišti a možnostmi uplatnění poznatků sociální pedagogiky při tomto závažném problému. Cílem práce je zmapovat znalost pojmů, četnost a formy výskytu těchto patologických jevů v rámci resortu Ministerstva obrany, vnitra a zdravotnictví.

Abstract:

My thesis is focused on certain acts of violence at workplace, especially, in the form of mobbing and bossing. It also dissertates on particular forms, sources, motives and on a detailed development of these acts of violence. Mainly it is devoted to the negative effects of mobbing and bossing and their influence on a victim, a team and a whole society in particular. It shows the prevention possibilities, an effective defence against the workplace chicanery and lastly the possibilities of the application of social pedagogy findings related to this major problem. The aim of this thesis is to map all the definitions, frequency and forms of these patological phenomenons within the departments of Ministery of Defence, Internal Affairs and Health.
