Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou života neformálních pečujících u osob s revmatickým a muskuloskeletálním onemocněním (RMDs). Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na představení problematiky těchto onemocnění, zhodnocení kvality života osob, které jimi trpí, ale především jejich neformálních pečujících, kteří péči poskytují. Důležitým doplněním je část věnovaná podpoře neformálních pečujících. Cílem empirické části práce bylo posouzení kvality života neformálních pečujících u osob s RMDs za pomoci kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. Byly využity standardizované dotazníky SF-36, PNDQoL_F a dotazník sociodemografických údajů o neformálních pečujícím. Zjištěná data poukazují na fakt, že sociodemografické charakteristiky neformálního pečujícího (věk pečovatele a délka poskytované péče) mají vliv na schopnost pečovat o blízkou osobu a zároveň vykonávat své povolání, délka péče má vliv na psychický stav pečovatele a věk pečovatele ovlivňuje jeho schopnost vykonávat běžné denní aktivity.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the quality of life of informal caregivers of people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs). The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on introducing the issues of these diseases, assessing the quality of life of people who suffer from them, but especially their informal caregivers who provide care. An important complement is the section dedicated to the support of informal caregivers. The aim of the empirical part of the thesis was to assess the quality of life of informal caregivers of people with RMDs using a quantitative research strategy. Standardized questionnaires SF-36, PNDQoL_F and a questionnaire of sociodemographic data on informal caregivers were used. The findings indicate that the sociodemographic characteristics of the informal caregiver (age of the caregiver and length of care) affect the ability to care for a loved one while performing his/her work, the length of care affects the psychological state of the caregiver, and the age of the caregiver affects his/her ability to perform activities of daily living.
