Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu „Podniková kultura a její vliv na interní komunikaci v podniku“. Cílem této práce je zjistit míru spokojenosti s komunikací na pracovišti v podniku SOFT, s.r.o. a jaký dopad na ni má firemní kultura podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části popisuji a definuji pojmy firemní kultura, a firemní komunikace. V empirické části si pak stanovuji výzkumné otázky, popisuji podnik SOFT, s.r.o. a analyzuji data z provedeného dotazníkového šetření. Práce je zakončena doporučením a závěrem.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the topic“The corporate culture and its influence on internal communication in the company. The aim of this study is to find out how satisfied are employees in the company SOFT, s.r.o. with communication and how it is influenced by the corporate culture. The study is divided into two parts - the theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part I am defining the terms such as corporate culture and company communication. The empirical part of the study involves my research questions, description of the company SOFT, s.r.o. and analysis of the data which I gained from the questionnaire research. The study is finished by recommendation and conclusion.
