Diploma thesis describes the banking system used in Hungary, Austria, Slovakia and in the Czech Republic. It brings a closer look on the forms of payment and the payment systems used in those countries. Diplomová práca opisuje bankovú sústavu Maďarska, Rakúska, Slovenska a Českej republiky. Približuje formy platobného styku a platobných systémov využívaných v týchto krajinách. Ďalej charakterizuje tri veľké bankové skupiny, Unicredit, Erste a RZB Group, pôsobiacich v Strednej a Východnej Európe.
