Diplomová práce se zabývá v prvé řadě spotovým nákupem elektřiny na území České republiky. V první části zkoumá právní prostředí trhu, jeho účastníky a popis jednotlivých druhů trhů. Tato část slouží jako úvod do druhé, závěrečné části, jejímž závěrem je odpověď na otázku výhodnosti nákupu elektřiny na spotovém trhu. This diploma thesis deals with spot energy trading in the Czech Republic. The first section focuses on legal market environments, market members, and types of individual markets.
