Cultivation of Cells Under Dynamic Conditions
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlivu působení smykového napětí na buňky kultivované v bioreaktoru. Účelem bylo napodobit přirozené (in vivo) prostředí buněk, ve kterém téměř na všechny buňky působí různě velké smykové napětí.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the investigation of the effect of shear stress on cells cultured in a bioreactor. The aim was to simulate the natural (in vivo) environment of cells in which almost all cells are subjected to different shear stresses.
