Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komparaci práv a povinností v průběhu daňového řízení a daňové kontroly. Za zdroje je použita, jak samotná právní úprava, tak i odborná literatura. This bachelor thesis is focused on comparing rights and obligations during tax procedure and tax control.
