Pulsed laser deposition of thin films of ferromagnetic La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and examination of their magnetic properties
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we study deposition of La{0.7Sr0.3MnO3 thin films using pulsed laser deposition. LSAT was used as substrate for all depositions. During the deposition, the growth of thin films was monitored by the high-energy electron diffraction. Samples were characterized by measuring the temperature dependence of the magnetic moment. V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme depozici tenkých vrstev La0,7Sr0,3$MnO3 pomocí pulzní laserové depozice. U všech depozicí jsme použili jako substrát LSAT. Tenké vrstvy jsme během růstu sledovali metodou vysokoenergiové elektronové difrakce. Jednotlivé vzorky jsme charakterizovali měřením teplotní závislosti magnetického momentu.
