Cílem bakalářské práce je komplexní pojednání na téma pojistných podvodů. Úvodní část obsahuje právní úpravu pojistného podvodu v trestním právu. Hlavní část se zabývá jednotlivými typy pojistných podvodů a procesu vyšetřování tohoto podvodného jednání. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to expand on the topic of insurance frauds in general. The first part of my work deals with existing insurance fraud legal regulations within the criminal law. The main part is dedicated to individual kinds of insurance frauds and to fraudulent conduct investigation procedures.
