Emotionally Expressive Means on the Internet Forums Focusing on the Legal Consultancy in German and Czech Language

Anotace:

Diese Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Ausdruck von Emotionen in Internetforen mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechtsberatung im Deutschen und im Tschechischen. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die Beiträge zwei Internetforen zu analysieren, die sprachliche Vermittlung von Emotionen zu untersuchen und ein Vergleich der österreichichen und tschechischen Internetforen bezüglich der emotiven Mittel zu erstellen. Die Arbeit gliedert sich in einen theoretischen und einen praktischen Teil. Im theoretischen Teil wird die Problematik der Emotionen, das Verhältnis von Emotionen und Sprache sowie die Onlineberatung behandelt. Des Weiteren werden Internetportale JUSLINE und OBASE und deren Internetforen vorgestellt und das Korpus beschrieben. Im praktischen Teil werden ausgewählte Kommunikationsbeiträge untersucht und die erworbene Ergebnisse ausgewertet und zusammengefasst. Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the expression of emotions in internet forums with a focus on legal advice in German and Czech. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the contributions of two internet forums, to examine the linguistic mediation of emotions and to draw up a comparison of the Austrian and Czech internet forums with regard to emotive means. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the problem of emotions, the relationship between emotions and language as well as online counselling. Furthermore, internet portals JUSLINE and OBASE and their internet forums are introduced and the corpus is described. In the practical part, selected communication contributions are examined and the acquired results are evaluated and summarised.
