Práce je zaměřena na sekvenování příští generace a využití těchto technologií pro studium sestřihu RNA. Sestřih RNA je důležitý proces, při kterém dochází ke zkracování pre-mRNA odštěpením intronových sekvencí a následným spojením exonových sekvencí. This thesis is focused on the next generation sequencing technologies and its usage in the study of RNA splicing. RNA splicing is an important process which includes shortening of the pre-mRNA by cleavage of the intronic sequences and followed by ligation of the exonic sequences.
