Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení prvků vzácných zemin metodou optické emisní spektrometrie s indukčně vázaným plazmatem (ICP-OES). Zabývá se optimalizací podmínek v plazmatu, spektrálními interferencemi na analytických čarách prvků vzácných zemin a výběrem čar, které jsou těmito interferencemi nejméně ovlivněny. This thesis is focused on determination of rare earth elements by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). It deals with optimization of the conditions in the plasma, spectral interferences on the analytical lines of rare earth elements and selecting lines that are least affected by interferences.
