Tato diplomová práce se zabývá domácím násilím páchaným mladistvými pachateli z hlediska trestněprávního. Cílem práce je poskytnout rozbor současné trestněprávní úpravy domácího násilí ve vztahu k mladistvým pachatelům, zejména pak rozdílů mezi mladistvými a dospělými pachateli, a zhodnocení jejího použití v praxi. This thesis deals with domestic violence committed by young offenders from the criminal point of view. The aim of the thesis is to provide an analysis of the current criminal legislation on domestic violence in relation to young offenders, especially the differences between young and adult offenders and evaluate its use in practice.
