Anotace:

The diploma thesis is focusing on one of the most important aspects of the modern organization – talent management within the small or medium enterprises. The theoretical part of this thesis showcases the main topics of talent management and explains the main terminology of this area. The practical part is built around the “Peach” company and explains the importance of establishing the proper talent management within the organization to fully differentiate the company from the others on the rapidly growing Ukrainian market.
