Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se bude věnovat optimalizaci logistických procesů ve firmě TeS, spol. s.r.o. Chotěboř. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na význam jednotlivých základních pojmů. V rámci operačního výzkumu bude tato práce zaměřena na Maďarskou metodu a metodu nejbližšího souseda jako metody řešení okružních dopravních problémů. V části aplikační se řeší šetření nákladů na dopravu a to na dvou zvolených trasách v oblasti distribuce zboží a svozu zboží. Na konci tohoto šetření dojde k výběru nejvhodnější varianty řešení.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s work is attended to optimization of logistic process in Tes Limited Company , Chotěboř. In the theoretical part , the meaning of particular basic terms is introduced. Within the operative survey , this work is focused on the Hungarian method and on the method of the nearest neighbour as a solution to gyratory traffic problems. The application part deals with the solution which can save the transportation costs within two different itineraries – the goods distribution and the haulage of goods. In the final part of this survey , the most appropriate option of the solution is chosen.
