The impact of drug legalization on the state budget of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Cílem práce je zjistit dopad legalizace drog na státní rozpočet České republiky. Porovnáním současných nákladů spojených se zákazem a z nich plynoucích nezamýšlených důsledků. S možností legalizace drog a jejich následného zdanění, jako u jiných zákonem povolených návykových látek.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to determine the impact of drug legalization on the state budget of Czech Republic. By comparing the current costs associated with the ban and the resulting unintended consequences. Including the possibility of legalization of the drugs and their subsequent taxation, as well with other legally permitted addictive substances.
