Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá funkčními vlastnostmi low density neutrofilů (LDN). Tyto neutrofily se při gradientové centrifugaci zachycují ve vrst-vě mononukleárních buněk. LDN se ve zvýšeném množství vyskytují u pacientů trpících chronickými onemocněními včetně běžné variabilní imunodeficience (CVID). Literatura u LDN popisuje nižší aktivitu oxidačního vzplanutí. Abstract:
Bachelor‘s thesis deals with functional properties of low density neutrophils (LDNs). These neutrophils are retained in layer of mononuclear cells during gradient centrifugation. LDNs are present in higher counts in patients suffering from chronic disseases including common variable immunodeficiency disorders (CVID).
