Education and development of employees in the technical department
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a zhodnotit vzdělávání zaměstnanců technického oddělení ve vybraném podniku. První část věnuje pozornost oblastem vzdělávání a řízení lidských zdrojů. Druhá část popisuje stávající vzdělávání zaměstnanců v daném oddělení. V třetí části této práce bude aplikována metoda dotazování a řízených rozhovorů, které budou využity k tvorbě návrhů a doporučení.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and evaluate the education of employees of the technical department in a selected company. The first part pays attention to the areas of education and human resource management. The second part describes the current training of employees in the department.
