Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a komparaci investování do různých investičních instrumentů v období vysoké míry inflace a na vliv na jejich hodnotu za stanovené časové období. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy spojené s investováním, definované jsou vybrané investiční instrumenty společně se základy finanční matematiky, ale inflace a rizika s ní spojená. V praktické části jsou vybrané investiční instrumenty analyzovány a srovnány na základě vybraných finančních ukazatelů. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit na základě vytvořených simulací nejvýhodnější investiční instrument, který ochrání investované prostředky před inflací ve stanoveném časovém období.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is aimed at an analysis and comparison of investments into various investment instruments in a period of high rate of inflation and how its value is influenced in a set time period. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes basic concepts connected with investments, selected investment instruments together with financial mathematics basics are defined but also inflation and its risks. In the practical part, selected investment instruments are analysed and compared on the basis of selected financial indicators. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the most affordable investment instrument that is able to protect invested means against inflation in a defined time period on the basis of created simulations.
