Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá péčí soudu o nezletilé a výkonem rozhodnutí ve věci nezletilých dětí. Rozebírá historii této problematiky a současnou právní úpravu. Značná část obsahuje možnosti, jak realizovat styk rodičů s dítětem.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis deals with the care of the court for minors and enforcement of judgments in the case of minors. It discusses the history of this issue and current legislation. A considerable portion includes how to implement parents' contact with the child.
