Photodegradation of polysilanes
Abstract:
V této práci je prezentována analýza vlivu procesních parametrů na fotoluminiscenci a UV degradaci homopolymeru poly[fenylmethylsilanu] a kopolymeru poly[dimethylsilan-fenylmethylsilanu]. Byl zde zkoumán vliv tloušťky filmu a typu rozpouštědla užitého pro přípravu daného filmu. Pozorovaný fenomén metastability může být vysvětlen fázovou strukturou vznikající během přípravy vzorku.
Abstract:
In this thesis, a study of the influence of processing parameters on the photoluminescence (PL) of a homopolymer poly[methylphenylsilane] and a copolymer P[DMSi-MPSi] po-ly[dimethylsilane-methylphenylsilane] is presented.
