Therapeutic techniques of pelvic fractures

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci je zpracována problematika zlomenin pánve. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na rozdělení pánevních poranění podle typu zlomeniny. Jsou zde stručně zpracovány operační postupy, v závislosti na rozsahu poranění a na ně bezprostředně navazující pooperační péče. Praktická část se zabývá kazuistikou pacienta se zlomeninou pánve. Obsahem kazuistiky je vstupní vyšetření pacienta, stanovení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a samotná rehabilitace pacienta. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení stavu pacienta po absolvované terapii.

Abstract:

In this bachelors thesis an issue of pelvic fractures is processed. The theoretical part of this essay is focused on a division of pelvic wounds according to a type of a fracture. The surgical proceedings, which depend on a magnitude of injury and instantly followed care of the patient, are briefly explained. The practical part concerns of case interpretation of a patient with a pelvic fracture. The content of a casuistry is an initial examination of the patient, assesment of a short-term and long-term rehabilitative plan and the rehabilitation of the patient. The goal of the essay is to explain and evaluate the health status of a pacient after the undertaken therapy.
