Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem výtvarného řešení filmu podle knižní předlohy Čarodějův synovec od C.S. Lewise. Jedná se o jednou ze sedmi knih série Letopisů Narnie, vydána byla jako předposlední, ale chronologicky je prvním dílem. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the artistic solution of the film according to the book The Wizard's Nephew by C.S. Lewis. It is one of the seven books in the Chronicles of Narnia series, published as the penultimate, but chronologically the first volume.
