Přijetím zákon č. 71/2012 Sb., o zavedení přímé volby prezidenta, se Česká republika zařadila mezi země s parlamentním systémem, do kterého byl implementován institut přímé volby prezidenta. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je komparace prezidentských voleb v těchto zemích, konkrétně v České republice, Rakousku a na Slovensku.
