Current taxation of corporations and the CCCTB proposal
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá současným stavem zdanění právnických osob v České republice a v rámci Evropské unie. Zkoumá míru návaznosti výsledku hospodaření na základ daně a institucionální vazbu mezi finančním a daňový účetnictvím. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the current taxation trends in the EU and in the Czech Republic. It investigates the relationship between accounting and taxation. Furthermore it describes tax harmonization in the EU, especially of the direct taxes. The main focus is given to the CCCTB proposal and comparison between between the CCCTB and the czech legislation.
